I mainly signed up for the Golf Canada membership because of the insurance coverage. It does seem like it gives you some basic peace of mind while playing, which is nice, but I’ll be honest, the coverage details felt a bit vague at first. I had to click around and read through a bunch of stuff before I really understood what was included. Maybe I’m just a little skeptical with anything insurance-related, but I kept wondering what the catch was. Overall, it’s not bad, I just wish they explained it in a simpler, more upfront way

I’ve mostly used golfcanada for rules and education material, it’s been useful. Compared to a few other golf sites I’ve tried, this one explains things in a way that feels easier to follow and not overly technical. I did have to click around a bit to find certain pages, and the layout can feel a little crowded at times, but overall it’s a solid resource if you play golf or are just trying to understand the game better...

Some of the discounts actually worked, so that was nice. But finding them was kind of a pain. You have to dig around a bit, try a few, some don’t do anything, and then maybe one finally works. It’s not terrible, just a little annoying.

The course ratings felt way off from what I actually played. I went in expecting the experience they seemed to promise, but it just didn’t match up at all. Disappointing when you’re counting on those ratings to be accurate

I had an issue with my account and expected it to take a while, since I’ve dealt with slow support on other services before. But their team got back to me faster than I thought. I did have to follow up once, but they sorted everything out the same day, which I really appreciated.

It usually works without any trouble, and I like having the email confirmations/receipts to look back on if I need to double-check something. It did take me a few minutes to find one older round, but other than that, I haven’t had any real issues

For an official golf site, the tech side feels weak, so I wouldn’t leave anything important until the last minute if you need to use it

The whole event felt disorganized. There were long waits, the signs were confusing, and no one seemed totally sure where people were supposed to go. Reading between the lines, it seemed like the planning just wasn’t there, or at least not enough for the size of the crowd.

The site works fine for the most part. Nice. But when I was trying to find some golf info, it took more clicks than I expected. the menus could be a bit clearer. Meh.

Overall I’m happy with it and don’t really have any complaints.
